Export tags/keywords for higher level grouping

Run this list through an LLM for high-level categorization and near-duplicate reduction to standardize search by tag.

I imagine this might be maintained through some type of bucket system which should be modular to maintain the easy generalizability of the template.

Expected near-duplicate reduction:

• combine words connected by hyphens (that wouldn't normally be) with those not, like "animal behavior" and "animal-behavior", similarly "animal detection" and "animal-detection", but "ai-ready" should keep the hyphen.
• combine spelling variants ("behavior" and "behaviour").
• combine plural and singular variants.
