Empty input causes thread block

When hitting the enter key after window.input() was called, the terminal just stops there. It cannot print things any more.

And I haven't read the whole source code, so my simple solution is just modify the _input_response() method.

def _input_response(self, text):
        response = input(text)
        if response == '':
            response = 'None'
        message = b64encode(response.encode(WindowTerminal.ENCODING))
        self._socket.send(message)

Just add an if condition to replace the empty input to a 'None' string...
