Which version of pytorch_pretrained_bert is needed to import the following modules in 'span_selection_petraining.py'? Because I found none of them in the latest version 0.6.2 and some old versions.

from pytorch_pretrained_bert.tokenization_offsets import BertTokenizer
from pytorch_pretrained_bert.hypers_rc import HypersRC
from pytorch_pretrained_bert.bert_trainer_apex import BertTrainer
