PS4 Camera Black Screen

I followed all of the steps, installed via Windows and through Command prompt. Still the same results. Camera is fully recognized by the computer but no image. I'm using the PS4 cam with the official Sony USB-3 adapter.

I've tried, 2 USB-3 ports off the motherboard, USB-3 to USB-C off of the dedicated card, I've also tried a powered USB-3 Hub, no luck.

I don't think its an issue of power because I have an Elgato Camlink that I use with an old GoPro running straight off of power (No battery) from USB-3 without issues.

I suspect that the problem with the ps4 camera driver stems from the updated architecture of the Windows 10/11 drivers.
