When put Github-address, and the address has not Issue page

Some Github-project have not Issue page.
It make a trouble that can not collect any data from Issue page, because the program parses issue page from Github URL.

How about let user select the solution In command line?(yes or no)

First solution

After Git-clone, parse the repository.

Second solution

Stop parsing the project and announce It, when the program is finished.
