[Bug]: .ginfo doesn't work correctly for offline players

Current Behaviour

.ginfo doesn't show information if player is offline

Expected Behaviour

.ginfo should show information regardless if player is online or offline.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. use .gmute <player_name> 1h
2. check .ginfo <player_name>
3. logout player check command .ginfo <player_name> again
