Feature Request: Delayed SMS Sending

Hello. I feel like having a few seconds to confirm before sending a SMS would be really useful. It could be done by:

1. In Settings there could be a pop out selector (similar to font size selection) where users could select from 3, 5, 10 seconds (could be custom as well maybe).
2. When hitting send, there could be a button with countdown (shown in video) where the user could click to cancel
3. Sent message would return to input field
