support 24bit input file

with 24bit file I got following error:

build in project doesn't help.

actually it only worked with 16 bit for me, neither 24 nor 32 did.

Is there any way you can provide example files that produce these errors?

I need to point out that soft_matrix supports 24 and 32 bit wav files. Most likely there is something different about the files you're using.

@gastonmorixe or @arily : In the future, when you submit issues like this:

1. Always provide a short sample file
2. Always provide the name of the program you used to generate the wav file

I'm fairly certain with a sample file (or the program if it's free) I could reproduce this. At this point I'm left scratching my head, because I fully tested 24 and 32-bit wav reading code.

I tried to upload the file directly here but always failed.

this file is first created with pro tools (is broadcast wave so I expected it to be not accepted),
then re-exported with audacity.

audacity is free, exported with setting

• 48000hz
• Signed 24-bit PCM

confirmed this file will produce same error:
