search filter: keyword filter count not consistent

The keyword filter indicate X count of datasets but search result shows Y count. X != Y

How to reproduce

Go to https://catalog-beta.data.gov/?keyword=data

Filter shows X= 9068

Search result shows Y = 9115

Expected behavior

numbers are consistent
X=Y

Actual behavior

X!=Y
