[Bug]: Video playback position reset with [BAD_HTTP_STATUS: 403] #8905

Describe the bug
- Open any video and play it to any non-zero playback position.
- Leave the video open in its window until the "[BAD_HTTP_STATUS: 403] Youtube watch session expired. Please reopen video" message is shown due timeout.
- Refresh the video window.
- This will result in the playback position being reset to 0:00.
Expected Behavior
Playback position is always retained after window refresh in all scenarios, incouding the 403 issue.
