A neural network doesn't need to be huge. In fact, there are really small ones, for example Hopfield Neural Network. I want to do experiments on these type of algorithms and structures.

@furkansimsekli What exactly are you planning to do? (I assume our initial code/instrs <-> energy usage plan, is that correct?)

@div72 There is no exact plan yet. I just want to implement some neural networks, train them and measure the power consumption.
