what are the specific features provided

Hello Team.
I would like to know what specific features are provided as there are many features that noe4j Enterprise provide that community doesn't.
eg, Node limitations (34B), RAM limitations (4GB), no clustering, 3 ML models max, etc.

If you could please highlight the features this plugin provide it would be really helpfull

Version 1 is our first release that has multi-database and enterprise constraints.
We want the community to help decide on the next set of features like you have started.

We are adding enterprise security, fabric/ composite databases, metrics, and auditing next, we just want the community to vote on which features are most important. We are setting up a voting system soon to get that input so we can start on version 2 of the plugin.

For node limitations:
It is a straight forward task to increase the limitations on node and edges.
The issue is, once that is done, you would not be able to go back to Neo4j community edition the same way that you can't go back to Neo4j Community Edition once you've moved to Neo4j Enterprise Edition.

We have huge graphs running using community, and have not even needed to increase the limitations yet.
If you are at a size that requires you to increase the limitations to # of nodes and edges, you may want to consider another technology as Neo4j in my opinion is just not that performant unless you have huge amounts of memory available. At that size - you may want to look at commercial alternatives such as TigerGraph for instance if you have a bunch of commodity servers and were planning on spending money for a license.

RAM limitations: I am not aware of any RAM limitations of 4GB in Neo4j community, but if they slipped it in there - we will definitely add that as a feature to dozerDb. Any limitations such as RAM, multi-threading, etc - we can address in the plugin. Can you confirm where you heard about a 4GB limit and give more details around it?

3 ML models max:
This sounds like a limitation in the Graph Data Science library / plugin.
I don't think that is a Neo4j Community feature. Correct me if I am wrong, but I would think forking and removing the limitation from the Graph Data Science Library project would be a way to get around that. If it is something that is part of Neo4j Community - then DozerDB can address this, but I believe its part of the gds plugin.

What are your thoughts on this?

1. Node limitations.
   Thank you for sharing your personal experience on this. I am relatively new to this technology, so I just wanted to anticipate any bottle necks that I might face down the road in the projects am working on.

2. RAM Limitations
   You are right. I mistakenly said RAM, but its CPU. They have a max 4 CPU limitation on the community data science package. If there was a way for you to create a fork of the plugin that works around that, that would be greatly appreciated, as my team has access to multiple CPU computers but we wont be able to utilize them unless ofcourse we use Enterprise license which we currently dont have the budget for.

3. 3 ML models
   Yes you are correct. It is a GDS library issue. I think your idea of might work. If you kindly could find the time to also add that feature, I am sure the community would really appreciate it, because I for one will very much do.🙌

All in all, we really appreciate the effort you have put so far, and we hope to see this project & community grow.

I would also like advice you to put more effort on raising awareness about this project as most people are not aware of it, I just happened to stumble on it. And it made me so happy to see someone working on this.

We can look at making a fork of the GDS library and removing limitations after our next release. If more people are interested in it, then we can work on it.
