change error message for 'no resource' user input

Right now, we give a rather lengthy bit. A custom message, but then I think we spit out the '-h' results. Instead, we should give a short message with reference '-h':

Did you forget a resource? Use 'con -s' to set default resource and 'con help' for more information.
