I noticed that in the current version of the function "surf_resliceFS2WB.m", it is no longer possible to define an atlas_directory. If I understand correctly, that would be the directory containing the surface files of the atlases one wants to create .dlabel files with (e.g. the "Icosahedron-1002.32k.L.label.nii", as proposed on the OSF page). Like this, I do not know how to obtain the desired parcellations following your pipeline.
