Consider dropping sysfs hotplug support #13
Description
If we can make mdev daemon mode work in all the boards, we don't need to keep the sysfs hotplug support. At the moment, we are supporting both ways, see 2a756df.
The parameter in busybox config required is CONFIG_FEATURE_MDEV_DAEMON.
