[Roadmap] Create a Web Dashboard for data preview

Develop a lightweight web interface using Streamlit. The goal is to allow users to browse their downloads folder and preview the first few rows (head) of the CSV/JSON/Parquet files directly in the browser without having to open them manually in another software.
