[Feature Request] Implement official Kaggle API support

Currently, Dataset Hunter relies on web scraping and various public APIs. It would be a great addition to support the official Kaggle API (using the kaggle Python library). This would allow users with configured credentials to download high-quality datasets directly from Kaggle's vast database automatically.
