Overview
With all the other languages in the toolkit, I'd like to add a Perl integration. I am adding this issue specifically because I've already made it and the PR checklist wants to have an open issue to close for the PR.
So I will comply.
Usage example
There are lots of use cases, but let's start with something like:
var script = builder.AddPerlScript("resourceName", "workingDir", "script.pl");
Additional context
I really just wanted to learn more about Aspire, and since I have worked with perl for over 15 years - and it was an unsupported language - I decided to dig in.
