Summary

Deliver the production-facing operator and observability experience for running Karya in real environments.

Scope

• implement runtime operations, searchable operator APIs and commands, observability support, and operator-admin workflows tied to the runtime model
• implement the shared dashboard product surface, including layout, theming, drilldowns, search, activity, and dashboard validation
• validate runtime controls, observability standards, admin workflows, and dashboard experience across integration and end-to-end flows
• publish runbooks, operations guidance, and troubleshooting material aligned with the implemented operator experience

• operator runtime and observability surfaces
• operator dashboard experience
• operator validation and operational guidance

Acceptance Criteria

• operators can inspect, control, and understand Karya through coherent API, CLI, observability, and dashboard surfaces
• the packaged dashboard is a first-class operator product rather than an undocumented add-on
• production operations and troubleshooting guidance match the implemented operator behavior closely enough to support real deployment use
