Console commans dont work

I try to use consolse commands but all it says is /help
Even then /help doesnt work

you need OP rights to use commands i do not know tho how you get them i am only about to setup mine

I was using the server console but that doesnt work . Also if u do want op copu the stuff in the description that says on how to get op and go to the file it says and put it there and put your account uid and name.
