Installation issues

Hi,

After trying the solution offered in your issue #19, I still have no possible way to install. Every time I go to the second step of the install, I get a 404 error page (even with the install fix). the apache rewrite mod is on. I tried setting the public folder both as root and as non-root, in both situations there's the same problem. What am I doing wrong?
