TEEHR coupling with DataStreamCLI #52
Description
DataStreamCLI is implementing a feature that converts the troute output netcdf to parquet. This change is breaking DataStreamCLI with the ngiab-teehr container used for evaluation. Once this issue is addressed (CIROH-UA/ngiab-teehr#6), the feature should work again.
