Ap.DocManager().appContextOpenDocument() → dead process after closing the application

I run the DOIT command and after opening the specified document, I close the application. This leaves a dead process.

Thanks for the report, the sequence was invalidating the iterator, the fix is to create a copy of the collection that iterates over the ‘functions to call’. The dead process was probably a crash report, seems to be fixed in #490
