DCDB Data Discovery and Recovery

The IHO Data Center for Digital Bathymetry (DCDB) hosts data, worldwide, from volunteer observers. However, to get at this data and use it within OpenVBI we need some more tools. So:

• Develop adaptor for OpenVBI to read GeoJSON format DCDB data as input (currently only reads CSV and JSON metadata).
• Provide search tools (e.g., VBICompare Lite) for data discovery in DCDB (e.g., all data in area, all data in area since last search time, etc.) and ability to download as required.
