Change the term "scan" to "acquisition"

I have issued a pull request to OneLightToolbox that renames the parameter "scan" to "acquisition", which is a more generic term that will work across approaches. BrainardLab/OneLightToolbox#10

If that pull request is accepted, this approach needs to be updated to reflect the change.
