Would like to have a way to quickly view a summary(-figure) of validations for a protocol.
For the MeLMSens protocol, this would show:
- Background luminances
- Contrast of background pairs (
_high vs. _low)
- Contrast of each flicker direction (e.g.,
FlickerDirection_LMS_low)
This would require:
- Collecting across the N repeats for each validation
- Summarizing across repeats, in some measure of central tendency (e.g., median) and of spread (e.g., confidence interval)
- Plotting both the central tendency and spread
- Comparing to desired values
Ideally, it would also be straightforward to compare several sets of validations, e.g., of the nominal directions, corrected directions, and post-session.
Would also need labelling of validations, extraction of those labels, and using those sensibly somewhere.
