Allow for multiple sources of energy consumption data

today boagent can either use scaphandre (json) to get energy consumption of the host, or rely on boaviztAPI's defaults depending on the hardware, for a given time window

we need to be able to ask boagent to get its real power measurements from another source than scaphandre, some examples being :

• ipmi based measurements
• smart pdu
• snmp

how to implement that ? probably a flag to call for different stategies

Hello Benoit, this is closely linked with Boavizta/Energizta#2 (if not the same feature). Could we act that this feature is done by Boagent and is used in Energizta ?

If so, we should add this feature to the hackathon. Do you have some ideas on how to implement it ?
