Internationalize Engine-MOB

I think this engine is essential for survival servers.
I think it could be compatible with intllib.

The problem with intllib is that you will have one language for the whole server.
This can be good for a private server, but not a public. Anyway I think translating it is a nice a idea.
Later we could convert all translations to another format, if needed. So I don't see a problem here. :)
