Rewriting core plugin in Kotlin

### I am planning to do a complete code rewrite of the core BlockJS plugin in Kotlin. I'm also planning to address issue #2 at this same time as well. Any help (suggestions on replacements for J2V8 that are Kotlin-friendly would be appreciated, as well as help migrating the code) would be greatly appreciated.
