Enhance the run command to perform the playbook execution in background.

Use Case

This is helpful when the execution takes a lot of time. In situations like performing llm assessment, it can take a sufficient amount of time.

As a system analyst running a long-running assessment (e.g., LLM benchmarks), I want to execute a playbook in the background so that my terminal is freed up and I can perform other tasks while the assessment completes.

Proposed Solution (for discussion)

Consider adding a flag to the run command, such as --background, --detach, or --async.

Gating Criteria / Definition of Done:

• When a playbook is run with the new background flag, the command immediately returns control of the terminal to the user.
• The playbook process continues to run successfully in the background on the server.
• A new command or option (e.g., bes status or bes jobs) is available to check the status of running background tasks.
• The output (logs) from the background playbook run is saved to a file that can be reviewed later.
