Switch to using the new CE mod loader code

CraftGuide_Vanilla.java should be moved to another package and should extend FCAddOn, so that a base class edit is no longer needed. Initialization should be done in the way that BTW's addon handler code expects it.

Partially done (#10), Craft Guide now uses Fabric. Mostly just copied over the old code though, more work could be done in remove unnecessary code and cleaning up the implementation.
