Release all training label maps #119
Description
It would be very useful if you could release all the training label maps which were used to train version 2.0, including the ADNI and HCP ones, with the extra-cerebral labels included.
If you are not able to do so, then could you please clear up some confusion about generation labels 136, 137, 163, and 164?
These labels do not seem to correspond to the stated labels in the Freesurfer LUT as far as I can tell. From what I can understand using the 20 provided training label maps, it seems that 136 and 137 are two left-side labels and 163 and 164 are the equivalent right-side labels. The two labels in each pair are generated from the same distribution (i.e. 136 and 137 come from the same Gaussian) and the segmentation targets are 4 and 5 (left lateral ventricle and left inferior lateral ventricle) respectively. They are NOT generated from the same distribution as labels 4 and 5 though, so it is important for me to know what these labels are meant to be!
EDIT:
I have figured out that labels 136/137 correspond to FreeSurfer label 31 (Left-choroid-plexus) and 163/164 to FreeSurfer label 63 (Right-choroid-plexus). Leaving this here in case anyone else was wondering.
