Applicability to non-human primate MRI data

Hi developers,

I will be carrying out the analysis of the macaque MRI data. I wonder if it might be possible to use this tool for the analysis of this type of data? I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on how we might proceed. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi,
I tried at some point to apply our tool to macaque MRI, but it failed most of the time. It's due to the anatomical difference between human and macaque.
So, you would need to retrain your own version of SynthSeg with your own macaque segmentations. I looked at this at some point, and I know there are some datasets with such data.
