[Bug]: Use cancellation token in DbCommand.ExecuteReaderAsync call #3301
Description
What happened?
We don't pass in cancellation token into DbCommand.ExecuteReaderAsync during query execution, even though the code to pass cancellation token to DAB is already implemented.
