Bounty: Quest completions - disconnected from server #246
Description
I am putting a $35 USD bounty on this issue of not being able to complete quests...
Current behavior:
If a quest is completed and the "?" appears on screen to turn in, if the player turns in the quest it will disconnect the player most of the time. In addition, the follow up quest is not in the quest log.
There are also issues in many of the starting zone areas that are similar, mentioned in #240
I will update the post with output from the server later.

Expected behavior:
Complete quest. Turn in quest successfully. Get follow up quest. Continue with the game.
