Better variable handling

Thanks for the suggestions, @CylonicRaider. I've put them here for reference.

• Add non-string variable types (e.g. using commands such as !int and !float)
• Better exception handling: handle exceptions in math outside of the math expression
• uptimeutc should be aliased/renamed to starttimeutc
