Replace nextflow components with Metaflow #30
Description
Keeping the python package intact, replace the nextflow components and scripts that kick them off in this repo with Netflix's metaflow (https://metaflow.org/). If you don't have access to the site or docs, let me know before continuing and I will grant copilot access
