assorted typos in the notebooks

Notebook 1: in the Validation section, "7 Extrmly conservative" should be "7 Extremely conservative." I thought it might be intentional and there was going to be a point about looking out for these types of inconsistencies in data but I think it's just a typo.
Notebook 2: in the PMF section, the second plot section should have the text "Here's the distribution from 2018" instead of again having "Here's the distribution from 1974."
Notebook 2: in the Plotting section, the second plot would be clarified with a title like "Fraction of people with extreme political views" instead of having the same title as the plot before it, 'Fraction of people with each political view'.
Notebook 3: in the Introduction section, "helfulness" should be "helpfulness"
