Adaptation for Linux

Currently, the project only runs on Windows. It would be great if it ran on Linux as well.
There's a fork by @fabrikant that adapted the code for Linux, but his repository hasn't been updated in a while, and I'm not sure it's still compatible with the main project.
I'm not a Linux user, so I'm asking @Koladweep and @fabrikant for help 🙏

In his commit commit 1b77e48 in his fork, where he made key changes to adapt it to Linux environment, specifically Ubuntu with X11 display server. It seems he succeeded with version 2.0.0 of the application.
It is possible that they can be directly applied in current codebase without needeing to have seperate branches for windows and Linux with appropriate conditions in place as the one applied in lines 1-6 in the ‎ABPlayer/js_api/window_controls.py

i.e.

import Xlib
from Xlib import display

Similar conditions can be applied for dixplay environment
display_server = os.environ.get('XDG_SESSION_TYPE', '').lower()
and then the applicable imports and applications can be made.

Config files can also be made modular.

I need some time. I am working on an academic project with a tight schedule, but this one seems very interesting. I will see what can be done. No promises, yet but I am on it.🙏
