Complete form for classification properties

Fill out all the possible fields and their possible values for the classifier form. The specification for this is apparently somewhere in the depths of https://github.com/auvsi-suas/interop

This is mostly finished as of 915b755, but needs work to add a description field for the special-case targets without a shape or letter. We also need to get example images of this.
