[FEATURE] Switching Players in a tournament with newly added teams (not visible in the teams tab in the panel)

I got a player which registrated for a tournament with a false steam id. Since the team was just created through the tournament registration page it was not visible in the teams tab in the panel and because of that as far as i see not editable.

Teams inside a tournament should be easily editable and players swapable for organisers
