Plovim splitting

This is not set in stone, and I'm not sure if I'll actually do this, but there is the idea of splitting the plovim dictionary further into dictionaries for different modes:

• normal mode
• visual mode
• command-line mode
• operator pending mode
• possibly one time commands from insert mode
• possibly insert visual mode, if the above is done

Note that I don't think that insert mode is really in the scope of plovim, and that I'm not sure if I'd actually include all of the above should I decide to do one, though I'll very likely actually do all of them.
