Is this slidev or html issue? Maybe modify HTML to use: <thead>, <tbody>, <tfoot>

You even have: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/tr#usage_notes

The <tr> element is valid as a child of a <thead>, <tbody>, or <tfoot> element only.
If the <tr> is placed as a direct child of its parent <table> element, the <tbody> parent is implied and browsers will add the <tbody> to the markup.

As slidev isn't browser, it doesn't add <tbody> automatically.
